Sectra PACS data entry

Job Title Sectra PACS Data Entry – remote position. Role Responsibilities Perform high-volume, accurate data entry within the PACS system Act as a Service Desk Analyst, handling basic PACS-related support tasks Follow established Knowledge Base (KB) articles and standard operating procedures Support radiology workflow processes in a static/non-dynamic PACS assignment environment Identify and elevate issues when workflows do not align with documented procedures Ensure data integrity, consistency, and timely processing Collaborate with team members to maintain operational efficiency Required Skills and Experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Proven ability to follow documented processes (KBs/SOPs) Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of service desk operations or support environments Ability to work independently in a remote setting Strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with PACS systems or in a radiology/healthcare IT environment (preferred but not required) Prior experience in data entry or service desk roles Familiarity with healthcare workflows Compensation and Benefits The starting hourly range for this remote role is (\$20.00 – 22.00/hourly) . Actual compensation will depend on several factors.
