What does it look like for every day work: Tasks will include tasks stereotypical front desk and office manager tasks:

1. Managing patient scheduling and appointment confirmations to

optimize office workflow.

2. Minimizing missed appointments through consistent reminder calls

or emails to confirm upcoming visits or reschedule if necessary.

3. Contributing to a pleasant atmosphere by greeting patients upon

arrival, providing them with relevant paperwork, and guiding them

through the check-in process.

4. Checking insurances and EOB to making sure prices and estimates are accurate.

5. Presenting Treatment plans in a consistent way for patients.

6. Helping team members stay on track.

7. Ensuring a smooth daily flow.

Hours:

M-Th 7:30am-5:00pm
