Alcyone Inc. is searching for a full-time Senior-Level Acquisition/Project Manager who will provide ongoing Acquisition and Project Management support to Unmanned Underwater Vehicle Programs. Must have current DOD ISSUED SECRET CLEARANCE. PUBLIC TRUST IS NOT A REASONABLE SUBSTITUTE.

Job duties:

\n
• Assist in the preparation, update, and maintenance of acquisition program and procurement documentation in accordance with DoD 5000 series and related policy documents.
\n
• POM / PPBE / financial management experience with Navy appropriations (RDT&E, OPN, OMN).
\n
• Assist and support all aspects of the ACAT program milestone review and approval process including required documentation.
\n
• Apply DoD Acquisition and Life-cycle Management processes and procedures as required by the Defense Acquisition Management Framework.
\n
• Develop and update program documents required by the Defense Acquisition System.
\n
• Develop/review reports and extract data from databases to develop and generate information and summary data to support such activities as engineering and technical evaluations.
\n
• Prepare formal Program Management Office (PMO) briefings and status reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.
\n
• Working knowledge of Task Planning via AMS or NEPS.
\n
• Conduct research, review, and analysis of acquisition, technical, financial, and management-related items.
\n

• Bachelor's Degree is required with a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in DoD acquisition providing analysis and support to defense research and development programs.
\n
• Experience with Unmanned Underwater Vehicle Programs highly preferred
\n
• Must have Navy Financial Experience.
\n
• Knowledge of DoD and NAVSEA 5000 series Program Acquisition Instructions.
\n
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional customer service, and organization skills and be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Project.
\n
