Job Description:

• The Provider Field Representative Lead collaborates with the Provider Field Representatives to support the provider community in a variety of areas, including but not limited to virtual and onsite visits, claims follow up and research support, as well as virtual and face-to-face training development and delivery.
• This functional lead role act as a liaison between providers and internal departments and requires strong communication skills, experience delivering training in-person and virtually, and must be available for limited overnight travel.
• This position works with providers, provider associations, and directly with the client in support of the Medi-Cal program.

• Minimum of three years of business process outsourcing, consulting, or systems implementation experience.
• Medi-Cal experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, provider relations and functional lead skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with business processes.
• Ability to assess clients' business and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ability to conceptualize, develop, and apply business and management consulting applications and services.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
