We are looking for a motivated and results-driven VIP Account Manager to join our VIP Department. The ideal candidate must have an established client base in LATAM and proven experience managing high-value clients in the Forex/CFD industry, with a strong focus on building relationships, driving client activity, and delivering premium service. Tasks Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools; Promote company products and services to high-value clients; Apply effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers; Develop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention; Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor; Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for growth and engagement; Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system. Requirements English proficiency at B2 level or higher; Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese; Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field; Proven experience in the financial industry, preferably in sales, account management, or business development; Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; Result-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; High level of responsibility and professionalism when working with VIP clients.
