About the Role: The Service Business Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding service offerings within the organization. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to enhance service delivery. The coordinator will analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategic initiatives that align with company goals. By collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and service teams, the role ensures seamless execution of business development plans. Ultimately, the coordinator contributes to increasing revenue streams and strengthening the company’s competitive position in the service sector. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales coordination, or a related role within a service-oriented industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to analyze data and market trends to support strategic decision-making. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a service business environment, such as consulting, IT services, or facility management. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting software. Demonstrated success in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Additional certifications in business development, sales, or project management. Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the service sector to support company growth objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and promote service solutions. Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and service delivery to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
