Administrative Support [1001]

Established in 1972, Whitman Associates, Inc. specializes in the search and placement of office support personnel in the DMV area. We are currently looking for job seekers to fill temporary, temp-to-perm, and permanent administrative positions.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should be flexible, detail-oriented, and have outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Candidates who can work right away and have the ability and enthusiasm to excel at any level are welcome.
Responsibilities
  • Generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
