Weather Tite Windows is a partner in the Mosaic Service Partners community with access to expertise, investment, and resources needed to keep raising the bar for homeowners across our market. As we build the next chapter of our sales organization, we are bringing on a new class of Sales Representatives who will help shape a team culture built on competitiveness, professionalism, and genuine care for every homeowner we serve. 

Role Overview: 

As a Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners across the Tampa Bay area in their homes, understand what they need from their windows and doors, and guide them to the right Weather Tite solution. You will run your own appointments, close business on projects that average around $20,000, and build a book of business that grows every year through referrals from happy customers and relationships in the neighborhoods where we are already installing. This is an uncapped, commission based role for a driven, competitive person who wants their income to reflect their effort, and you will be joining as part of a new class of representatives who will help define what the next generation of the Weather Tite sales team looks like. 

You will report directly to our Sales Manager, a hands on leader who works alongside his team both in the office and in the field. As part of the Mosaic Service Partners family, you will benefit from the tools, training, and best practices shared across Mosaic's national network of window and door companies. 

Responsibilities: 

• Run 7 to 10 in home sales appointments per week across the Tampa Bay area, presenting Weather Tite's replacement window and door solutions to homeowners. 

• Close at a minimum of 35% by listening to each homeowner's needs, building trust, and guiding them through a consultative sales process. 

• Build your own book of business by turning every customer into an advocate who refers friends and neighbors, and by visiting the neighbors of active Weather Tite installations, with the goal of reaching 50% or more self-generated leads by the end of your first year. 

• Follow up consistently with homeowners and manage your pipeline, including tracking and revisiting opportunities that did not close on the first visit. 

• Keep customer records, quotes, and sales paperwork accurate and current using CoachMo, our AI assisted sales tool, and HubSpot. 

• Attend weekly Monday morning sales meetings and biweekly one on ones with your Sales Manager. 

• Complete a structured 90-day training program that combines office learning with field ride alongs with experienced representatives, building toward running appointments fully on your own. 

• Represent Weather Tite with professionalism in every home and help build a team culture rooted in competitiveness, accountability, and respect for the homeowner. 

Role Requirements : 

• Recent college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, and collegiate athletes or anyone with a competitive background will feel right at home here. 

• Resourceful problem solver who can read a homeowner's concerns, adapt in the moment, and keep an appointment moving toward a decision. 

• Competitive team player who pushes to win while supporting teammates and contributing to a positive, high energy team culture. 

• Personable, confident communicator who builds rapport quickly, whether that is at a homeowner's kitchen table, over the phone, or in a written follow up. 

• No prior sales experience required, since we will train you on our sales process, products, and systems. Entry level or internship experience in door to door or residential sales, such as pest control, energy, or home services, is a plus, and backgrounds like teaching, bartending, and hospitality translate well. 

• No managerial experience required. This role is built for driven, gritty, and coachable people who want to take ownership of their earning potential and grow with the business. 

• Reliable transportation and open availability, including evenings and weekends, once the initial training period is complete. 
  
  

Logistics:

• Report to the Sales Manager. 

• Split between in office and in the field in Tampa, FL. 

• 100% commission after the 90 day training period. During the training period you will receive $1,000 per week and can earn commission on anything you close. 

• Monday through Friday in the office for the first two weeks of training, then flexible availability to run appointments and ride along with experienced representatives, including evenings and Saturdays. 

• This is a 1099 independent contractor role, and representatives operate through their own LLC.  

Benefits:

• Uncapped commission, with our representatives currently averaging around $200,000 per year. 

• $1,000 per week in training pay for your first 12 weeks while you learn the business.
