A team that values both.If you’re an RN who wants meaningful clinical work with a locally owned agency that values professionalism, responsiveness, and quality care, we’d love to talk with you.Senior Helpers of Holly Springs is a locally owned in-home senior care agency serving the Holly Springs, Apex, Clayton, Garner, and Fuquay-Varina communities.As our agency continues to grow, we’re expanding our PRN nursing team to provide additional assessment and clinical coverage throughout the week.We’re looking for a dependable, responsive Registered Nurse to conduct in-home client assessments and provide additional clinical support to our care team as needed.This is a PRN role with ongoing needs throughout the week. We are especially seeking an RN with dependable Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday availability, with occasional evening or weekend opportunities as client needs arise.What This Looks Like In Practice:Travel to clients’ homes and complete comprehensive nursing assessmentsDevelop individualized plans of care based on your findingsProvide clinical oversight and support to our caregiver team as neededComplete required documentation and communicate findings to our care teamAssist with keeping care plans current and compliant with North Carolina home care requirementsProvide additional assessment and clinical coverage as agency needs ariseWhat You’ll Earn:$35–$38/hr based on experienceW-2 employment — not 1099Flexible PRN schedulingOngoing opportunities with a growing local agencyThis Role Is A Great Fit For:An RN who wants an ongoing clinical role without the demands of a hospital or facility scheduleSomeone who can provide consistent Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday availability and respond promptly when assessment needs ariseSomeone who thrives working independently but values being part of a cohesive care teamA clinician who takes pride in thorough assessments, accurate documentation, and consistent follow-throughAn RN looking to supplement an existing position, transition away from facility-based nursing, or stay actively involved in patient care on a flexible basisWhat We’re Looking For:Current RN licensure in North CarolinaValid driver’s license and reliable transportationStrong clinical assessment and documentation skillsDependable and responsive communicationDependable Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday availability strongly preferredAbility to respond reliably to agency assessment and clinical needsHome care, geriatric, or community health experience preferred — but not requiredAbility to work independently and maintain client confidentialityCurrent TB test requiredYou’ve spent years developing your clinical skills.
