You will maintain benchmark levels of safety, efficiency, quality, productivity, continuous improvement within the building and throughout the supply chain, as well as the hiring and development of management and hourly teams. You will report to a Senior Operations Manager. You will support the team on nights, Wednesday-Saturday.Where You'll WorkThis role is onsite and will require you to work from our Bethlehem, PA daily. Relocation assistance is available for this role.What You'll DoBuild the initial teams, establishing procedures, metrics and processesLead a team of Area Managers and hourly associatesDevelop and administer operational procedures for perfectly completing activities for incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and keeping the highest standards of inventory accuracyGuide strategic planning and forecastingDevelop teammates for career progression and learningImprove safety, quality, cost, and delivery while growing and expanding capabilities within the warehouseUse the site Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve perfect order fulfillment and provide operational insights to improve WMS effectivenessChampions a customer-focused mentality across the team, ensuring operational decisions and process improvements consistently support a high-quality customer experienceWhat You'll BringBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.4+ years of management experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations; prefer retail/e-commerce and apparel experience.Experience developing and managing 50+ employees.At least 3 years of management experience in Receiving, Inventory Control, or Order Fulfillment.Experience using Kaizens or process improvement#LI-JM1Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
