Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required
- At least two years recent experience in the field: Required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients according to established standards of care.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient care in a safe environment.
- Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
- Develop and implement care plans to attain desired outcomes.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
