REMOTE Employee Benefits Account Manager (Large Group)
Location: 100% Remote for an L&H licensed Large Group Account Manager with Self-Funded experience.
Compensation: $125,000 $150,000 + Full Benefits
We are partnering with a boutique, independent insurance firm experiencing strong growth and looking to add a skilled Employee Benefits Account Manager to their team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering the chance to work with a high-touch client base in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage a book of approximately 20 large group employee benefits accounts
- Deliver high-level, concierge-style service to clients
- Oversee plan strategy, renewals, and ongoing account management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, carriers, and vendors
- Collaborate with internal support teams for RFPs, quoting, and administrative functions
- Provide expertise in both self-funded and level-funded plans
Requirements
- 3+ years of Employee Benefits account management experience
- Strong self-funded experience is required
- Active Life & Health (L&H) license
- Experience managing large group accounts (100600 lives preferred)
- Experience with core benefit lines (health, vision, dental) as well as ancillary/voluntary lines (LTD, STD, HSA, FSA, life, etc...)
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $125,000 $150,000
