Adherence to research and standard of care protocols provides framework to determine appropriateness, clinical necessity and timeliness of support services. Important aspects of patient's care needs include: Assessment and management of infection and other toxicities/complications Monitoring and management of laboratory values Patient/family education Assessment and assistance with psychosocial issues Assistance with procedures Coordination of administration of blood products, oral and IV medications and outpatient chemotherapy Special Equipment : - #Tier4 Travel Compliance There is a strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start no exceptions.
