Experience and Skills Practical knowledge of 24V through 480V electrical systems, including three-phase power. Ability to understand and work from electrical drawings and schematics. Experience using diagnostic instruments such as multimeters and meggers. Comfortable operating common power tools, including drills, grinders, and reciprocating saws. Strong mechanical ability and familiarity with a variety of hand tools. Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. Able to prioritize work and respond with urgency when machinery is down. Self-motivated and willing to take initiative when a problem is identified. Dependable team member with clear written and verbal communication skills. Organized, methodical, and capable of learning new equipment and processes quickly. Positive attitude and willingness to expand technical knowledge. Availability for occasional extended hours and weekend work as business needs require. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Experience Troubleshooting PLC-controlled machinery. Working with industrial three-phase electrical equipment. MIG or TIG welding. Maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
