Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Remote Live Chat Agent to support clients through online chat channels. This role is fully remote and ideal for individuals who excel at written communication, multitasking, and providing fast, accurate assistance.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a professional, timely manner
Provide clear information, troubleshooting steps, and guidance
Document interactions and follow internal procedures
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Maintain a positive, helpful tone in all communications

Qualifications

Strong written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations
Comfortable using computers, web‑based tools, and basic software
Customer service experience preferred but not required
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
