As an HVAC Service Technician at JOSKO LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of residents in multi-family and residential properties. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, install, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems in multi-family residential properties to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Perform repairs and replacements of HVAC components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and coils.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
• Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to coordinate HVAC service schedules and ensure minimal disruption to residents.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems.
• Organize and manage inventory to minimize loss and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC repair and installation preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HVAC service technician, with a focus on multi-family residential properties.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation techniques.
• Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants is a plus.

JOSKO, LLC determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay for this position ranges from $23-$32/hour, and is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, and job market location.
