Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations. This role will also assist with accounts payable activities and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting process improvements. Responsibilities Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Manage balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger activity Assist with accounts payable processing, vendor payments, and invoice management Support payroll-related accounting, including accruals and reconciliations Assist with audits and financial reporting requirements Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation Support ERP, AP automation, or accounting system implementations as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar Experience participating in an accounting system, ERP, AP automation, or process implementation strongly preferred Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Experience Accounts payable and vendor management Payroll accounting and month-end accruals Multi-entity or high-volume transaction environments Process improvement and automation initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr Top Stack
