Position Summary: Responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying documentation, processing inventory information, and ensuring materials are properly identified and stored. Main Responsibilities: Verify packing lists and invoices against received materials. Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition. Enter receiving information into warehouse systems. Create and apply labels to incoming materials. Organize and stage received materials in designated warehouse locations. Perform material identification and inventory control activities. Support unloading activities when needed. Use warehouse scanners and computer systems for receiving transactions. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Assist with general warehouse activities, including walking, lifting, and moving materials as required. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Required Qualifications: Warehouse receiving experience preferred. Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems. Ability to read and verify shipping documents. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
