This is a client-focused design and sales career with strong earning potential, backed by a well-established brand and proven systems. You’ll meet directly with homeowners, guide them through solutions, and manage projects from consultation to close. Every day is different, but you’ll always have the structure, tools, and team support needed to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Home improvement or in-home sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers and design tools
• Coachable, motivated, and reliable
• Passion for working with clients and creating solutions
