External Planning Co-Op

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a co-op student for external supply planning in large molecule manufacturing. The role involves supporting order management, ERP systems, and process improvements across multiple sites in New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Support planning activities for assigned brands and external manufacturing sites
- Execute order management processes including purchase orders and inventory tracking
- Contribute to 2026/2027 key performance indicators aligned with global targets
- Develop expertise in ERP systems such as SAP and OMP
- Scope, lead, and implement process improvement projects
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree program
- Authorized to work in U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Major in Supply Chain, Finance, or Computer Science
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Reliable transportation to Titusville, NJ office
Compensation: $23.50/hr to $52.50/hr based on program year, discipline, and experience
