About the Role:
As the Housekeeping Manager , you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our facility. This includes ensuring that all areas of the facility, including patient rooms, public spaces, and common areas, are clean and well-maintained. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective cleaning schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with infection control guidelines.
Housekeeping Manager Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with infection control guidelines and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, residents, and staff
Identify and address any areas of concern or non-compliance with cleaning standards
Provide training and support to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
Housekeeping Manager Requirements:
Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures and standards
