The Opportunity We’re hiring Territory Managers to take full ownership of a local market. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales role. You’ll be out in the field, building relationships, closing deals, and seeing your work live on billboard units viewed by thousands every day. You’ll have the freedom to run your territory like your own business — backed by a team that handles operations, creative, and fulfillment so you can focus on selling. What You’ll Be Doing Build relationships with local businesses and decision-makers Prospect, pitch, and close new advertising deals Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently Renew and grow existing client relationships Own your territory and revenue performance What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of sales experience (media or advertising is a plus) Strong communicator who’s confident pitching and closing Self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged Organized and accountable with your pipeline Comfortable working independently and managing your time Compensation & Perks OTE: $60,000–$120,000+ (Year 1) Uncapped commissions with top performers exceeding six figures Performance bonuses tied to territory growth Flexible schedule with full control of your day Territory ownership — build your own book of business Career growth into senior sales or leadership roles Full support team for marketing, design, and operations Proven sales process and onboarding to get you ramped fast High-demand product that businesses already understand Who This Is For This role is for someone who wants more than a paycheck.
