This position provides the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives while working in a supportive, professional environment.Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for administering the relocation process's various phases for residents who qualify for relocation services.Oversee the delivery of relocation services and benefits to residents and their families, ensuring high-quality service using best practices and standards.Proactively provide ongoing advice and support to the Development Team and residents, maintaining regular contact throughout the relocation period.Conduct thorough needs assessments at the start of the relocation process to establish resident requirements and address individual needs.Work with residents and their families to ensure all needs are understood and met, adjusting services and counseling as needs evolve.Guide residents and families through the location selection process, managing and monitoring the home/unit-finding process.Perform timely and accurate data input and manage all opportunities through completion.Oversee resident moves onsite, coordinating with moving companies, acting as liaison between movers, residents, and property management, and reviewing invoices for payments and reimbursements.Review and evaluate exception requests and challenging situations, providing solutions and recommendations to residents and the Project Manager.Document conversations, expenses, and correspondence accurately in the SharePoint system, maintaining data integrity and adhering to privacy policies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferredDirect client interaction and advisory experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office suite of productsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractionsStrong attention to detailExcellent customer service skillsKnowledge and ability to use standard office equipment (PC, calculator, etc.)Knowledge of the Internet/webWillingness to learn about affordable housing policies and Housing Choice Voucher regulations, policies, and proceduresAbility to interact effectively with staff at all levels while remaining flexible, proactive, and maintaining professionalism and confidentialityAbility to work independently, tracking and managing multiple projectsStrong judgment and problem-solving skillsAbility to compose, edit, and proofread correspondence, summaries, etc.Knowledge of general office procedures (filing, correspondence, scheduling)Bi-lingual – Spanish is a plus
