Spring Mountain Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Tyro, Virginia. Work Environment

This position is based in our outpatient office, where you will work directly with patients to provide one-on-one care. The clinic operates from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a consistent work schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient to determine their unique needs and establish individualized care plans.
• Implement and manage a balanced patient caseload, ensuring appropriate time is spent with each individual to maximize treatment effectiveness.
• Utilize advanced orthopedic techniques and evidence-based practices to improve patients' physical function, coordination, and overall well-being.
• Design and prescribe tailored fitness and rehabilitation programs, focusing on enhancing strength, flexibility, and mobility while encouraging a proactive approach to health.
• Provide ongoing encouragement and motivation to patients throughout their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver holistic and comprehensive care to our clients.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress using EMR software, specifically Web PT.

You will work closely with athletes and recreational individuals who require rehabilitation to return to their active lifestyles. Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional knowledge of various manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to facilitate recovery.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, for accurate documentation.
• Commitment to ongoing education and staying informed of the latest physical therapy methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient setting, with a focus on orthopedic and sports medicine.
• Expertise in developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation programs that yield positive patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

Our full-time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
