Supervisory Human Resources Specialist

DutiesThe duties may include, but are not limited to:Tracks measures of workload and develops internal guidance for balancing assignments that have specific cadences dependent on Program Areas' mission and priorities.Develops messaging and manages ongoing communication with key stakeholders.Involves and coordinates with other Human Resources and program administrative staff.Engages stakeholders in identifying their critical priorities and facilitates the resolution of competing priorities.Serves as a technical authority and project manager for HR, supporting a Deputy Director of HR in developing and implementing strategies and process improvements.
