Customer Service Rep

What you'll do

• Build and maintain a network of carrier partners who pick up when you call
• Negotiate rates using market data and shipment history, not guesswork
• Flag problems early and keep the right people across departments in the loop
• Track shipments and give customers accurate, real-time status updates

What you'll need

• 2+ years in third-party logistics
• Hands-on trucking experience, this is a requirement
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable in Microsoft Office and picking up new systems
• Full professional fluency in English

Compensation:
$60,000 per year
