Core Duties and Responsibilities: Relentlessly source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails. Understand customer needs and requirements. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executives for further development and closure. Achieve cold call goals. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: High School Degree; Bachelor's degree preferred. Three to five years proven experience. Prior telemarketing experience highly desired. Track record of over-achieving quota. Strong yet pleasant phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. Ability to overcome objections or rejection with a smile. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong listening and presentation skills. Experience working with a CRM. Tenacity and drive to generate record-breaking revenue. Competitiveness and desire for continual improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
