In this role, you'll be the driving force behind connecting homeowners and businesses with the HVAC solutions they need. Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new leads in-store, outreach, canvassing, and community engagement Qualify potential customers by identifying HVAC needs, interests, and readiness to purchase Schedule appointments for HVAC sales consultants and technicians Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and follow-up activities in CRM software Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation quotas and targets Build rapport with homeowners and businesses to promote HVAC services and special offers Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and conversion Requirements: Previous experience in lead generation, canvassing, sales, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Ability to work outdoors in Florida's climate and walk/stand for extended periods Basic computer or mobile device skills for data entry and scheduling HVAC industry knowledge is a plus but not required — we will train the right candidate About Us: Stay Cool HVAC in Florida LLC is a trusted HVAC service provider proudly serving the Pompano Beach area and surrounding South Florida communities.
