Overview The role resolves customer account issues, billing disputes, and payment discrepancies while ensuring compliance with internal policies. This role combines financial operations expertise with a customer-first approach, supporting the Customer Experience organization through accurate, empathetic, and timely resolution of financial inquiries. Responsibilities Responsibilities include resolving customer financial account issues, processing refunds and payment disputes, researching transaction records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. The specialist communicates with customers via written correspondence, escalates complex cases as needed, and collaborates with internal teams to drive timely resolutions. Additional duties include providing expert guidance on billing and customer sales tax exemption matters, maintaining accurate documentation, and meeting productivity and service-level targets. Qualifications While not required, the following backgrounds and experiences will set a candidate apart: Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or billing operations Background in payment processing, transaction reconciliation, or dispute resolution Familiarity with sales tax exemptions or exemption certificate management Prior experience in order processing or order management environments Hands-on experience with CRM or ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, or SAP Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously to research and resolve account issues Experience working within defined service-level agreements (SLAs) in a high-volume environment History of maintaining accuracy and productivity metrics in a back office or financial operations setting Footer Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
