Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Community & Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute community events, company awards, employee and location anniversaries, and special events such as Ladies' Night to boost employee morale, strengthen team relationships, and foster a positive, engaged workplace culture. Campaigns & Promotions: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing calendar in collaboration with our external marketing team, coordinating monthly specials, holiday promotions, direct mail campaigns, and SMS campaigns using our CRM’s (Steer and Tekmetric). Analytics & Performance Reporting: Track monthly marketing metrics and key performance indicators to identify strengths, evaluate weaknesses, and continuously refine marketing strategies working in tandem with our external marketing team. Customer & Employee Engagement: Brainstorm and implement innovative programs for customers, employee retention, and overall customer loyalty. Organic Social Media & Content Creation: Manage daily social media posts, develop fresh and creative content ideas, capture engaging internal videos, and encourage team participation to showcase our company culture. Reputation & Communication Management: Monitor online reviews, collaborate with the General Manager, and ensure timely, professional responses to customer feedback. Marketing Collateral & Merchandise: Coordinate ordering for internal promotional items, business cards, thank-you cards, and event materials. Annual Planning: Maintain an up-to-date annual overview of all company events, marketing milestones, and ongoing initiatives. Qualifications: Bubbly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality with the confidence to engage even the most reserved individuals, build relationships, and encourage participation in photos, videos, and social media content. Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Proven experience managing social media accounts, event planning and content creation. Tech-savvy, adaptable to new software, and quick to learn and implement new tools and processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for design and detail. Schedule & Locations: Full-time, Monday–Friday only (NO weekends!) Position hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Locations: Anderson, Greenville, Mauldin and soon to be Simpsonville SC.
