Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description

• Ensuring front door is open at start of each business day.

• Making eye contact with and greeting anyone who enters the reception area.

• Asking each guest “How may we help you?”

• Communicating to management and staff of the guest’s arrival and follow up if wait is extended.

• Offering guests beverages during their wait.

• Ensuring a clean and welcoming reception area.

• Distribution and collection of guest badges.

• Posting signage for office closures or special events.

• General accountability for office supplies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a dealership or financial institution

• Previous experience in a credit union

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Englewood, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
