Lead Recruiter

Cboe is seeking a talented Lead Recruiter who will lead the flawless execution and delivery of Talent Acquisition services by partnering with HR and business leaders. The successful candidate will develop an understanding of our business, strategy, and culture to create Talent Acquisition sourcing plans and solutions. Acting as an advisor, you will collaborate with HRBP and leaders to drive improvements in recruitment services and hiring strategies. Responsibilities Partner with leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to attract talent. Own the end‑to‑end recruiting process, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Use market mapping tools to provide real‑time insights and report recruiting progress weekly. Communicate with candidates consistently, setting clear expectations for a positive experience. Use AI‑driven sourcing strategies on platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and Phenom to proactively identify and pipeline technical talent. Build and maintain trust‑based partnerships with hiring managers, leadership teams, and stakeholders. Discover innovative talent delivery channels for experienced hires, including active and passive candidates. Collaborate with internal HR teams (HRBP, Compensation, Global Mobility, Onboarding, Inclusion & Belonging) to execute flawless hiring experiences. Participate in recruiting events; travel may be required occasionally. Act as an ambassador for Cboe’s employer brand, communicating our ethos and value proposition authentically. Manage TA projects as needed. Experience Requirements Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Communications, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of experience as a talent acquisition professional. Experience sourcing and hiring technical and financial talent. Expert‑level knowledge of full life cycle recruiting components. Proficiency in Workday’s ATS; experience with Phenom’s CRM is a plus. Customer‑focused collaboration style delivering excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences. Strong problem resolution and effective communication at all organizational levels. Data‑driven mindset with ability to track and report progress, challenges, and outcomes. Passion for inclusive hiring processes and experiences. Basic understanding of employment marketing and U.S. employment laws. Salary Range (U.S. locations only): $126,225–$163,350, with compensation determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, alignment, and location.
