\n Responsibilities:\nPerforms a range of duties to include but not limited to patient registration, ordering tests, specimen procurement and specimen processing.

- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required \n

- No experience required Required \n
- 1 year Phlebotomist experience Preferred \n
- Experience in a hospital Preferred \n
- \n
- PHEL - Phlebotomy Trained Completion of Phlebotomy clinical training through on-the-job training or through a phlebotomy program Preferred \n
- CPT - Phlebotomy Technician Certification Phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ASPT, NCA or equivalent agency Preferred \n
