This role requires expertise in managing complex cases including those involving cardiac surgery, dysrhythmias, and multi-system organ failure.Responsibilities:Interpretation and management of dysrhythmiasManagement of multi-system organ failure and thermoregulationCare for patients post-cardiac surgery and pre/post cardiac catheterizationIntra-Aortic Balloon Pump and Impella managementMonitoring of pulmonary artery lines and valve replacements/repairsIV therapy and medication management including continuous IV paralytics and emergency medicationsCVA/Acute Stroke Management and ventilator managementAssist with BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula managementInterpretation of ABGs, suctioning, and infection preventionRequirements:3 years of CV ICU experienceActive IL license, CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS certificationsPass EKG test with a score of 80% or aboveEpic experience and proficiency in required CV ICU skillsSubmit updated resume, CV ICU skills checklist, and CV reference from a supervisor within the last yearClient Details Address 2100 Pfingsten Rd, Glenview, IL 60026 City Glenview State IL Zip Code 60025
