Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic counseling and crisis intervention for clients, focusing on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of emotional and behavioral issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress and session notes, in compliance with departmental policies.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and refine individualized treatment and discharge plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments.

• Engage with community resource leaders, representing Mindful Therapy & Wellness in various meetings and committees to address social and healthcare needs relevant to our patient population.

• Educate clients about coping strategies, self-care, and available resources during therapy sessions, fostering empowerment and resilience.

Qualifications\n
