HR & Admin Operations Specialist
Recruit Express
- Handle all HR administrative duties
- Manage work pass applications and renewals, employee levy, etc
- Maintain employee leave records and attendance tracking
- Handle insurance claims processing
- Coordinate training and skills development course applications
- Process payroll for blue-collar workers (Headcount: approx. 150)
- Update and maintain employee personal records and HR database
- Maintain ISO documentation and training records
- Prepare and generate monthly HR and operational reports
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement
- Arrange daily lunch ordering for staff
- Provide receptionist coverage when required
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties including email handling and document preparation (training provided)
