Investment Operations & Growth Coordinator

1. Business Development & Pipeline Support
- Support in identifying and developing new business opportunities across international markets
- Assist in building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline; track opportunities and follow ups
- Support proposal preparation, client presentations, and commercial discussions
- Participate in early stage client discussions and relationship building
- Coordinate onboarding requirements with internal teams
- Ensure client information and documentation are properly captured and organised
- Conduct research on target markets, competitors, and industry trends
- Support the team in identifying new distribution channels and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, advisors, and stakeholders
- Support senior team members in meetings, follow ups, and client communications
- Work closely with compliance, operations, and client service teams to support onboarding
- Ensure smooth handover of clients to internal teams post onboarding
- Ensure all activities align with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trail for client interactions
