Operations and Finance Analyst (AI tools implementation)

OAKSFO Pte Ltd is a long-established MAS-licensed fund management company. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and intellectually curious individual to join us as an Operations and Finance Analyst, with a focus on implementing and leveraging AI tools to enhance the daily operations of a fund management company. Position Overview In this role, you will work closely with a small team of highly experienced investment and finance professionals. You will play a key part in identifying, implementing, and optimising AI tools that support our operations and finance functions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and build a career in the investment industry at the intersection of operations, finance, and technology. Key Responsibilities Conduct research on AI tools that can support the operational, compliance, and financial reporting needs of a fund management company. Manage the implementation of selected AI tools, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors where relevant. Monitor the performance and usage of implemented tools, propose enhancements, and drive continuous improvement in workflows. Support the investment and finance teams on ad‑hoc projects and other analytical or operational tasks as required. General Outline of Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Prior experience using AI tools (e.g., for data analysis, automation, or document processing) in school or at work is required. Experience with the daily operations and/or financial reporting functions of a fund management company or other financial institution is an advantage. Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and execute initiatives from start to finish. High attention to detail, strong initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation and collaborate effectively across teams. Up to 2 years of relevant experience in the back or middle office of financial institutions.
