We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator join our dynamic team and assist with our payroll processes efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing and preparation of company payroll for employees accurately and on time using payroll software.
• Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
• Assist in the preparation of reports related to payroll, including tax filings and compliance documents.
• Collaborate with the HR and Accounting department to manage employee benefits and deductions accurately.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations and internal policies regarding payroll processing.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information related to payroll processes.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of previous experience in payroll or related and/or accounting with exposure to payroll
• Proficiency in Spanish and English both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of technical accounting principles and governmental accounting practices.
