The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in hospitality finance, leadership, and strategic planning.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all financial operations of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingDevelop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policiesCollaborate with the executive team to support overall hotel business objectivesMonitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvementManage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and vendorsLead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growthPrepare and present financial reports to the executive committee and ownershipJoin our team and be part of a vibrant, growth-oriented organization that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
