About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Spiritual Health Officer to join its Executive Team. The CSHO will provide executive leadership to advance the organization's faith-centered mission, ensuring that spiritual health, faith formation, and human flourishing principles are integrated into all aspects of the work. This includes strategic guidance for church engagement, faith-based partnerships, and the cultivation of a hope-centered culture. The role is pivotal in supporting the organization's two-generation approach to poverty reduction, with a focus on education, workforce development, family stability, and community well-being. The CSHO will also be responsible for strengthening church networks, supporting fundraising efforts, and representing the organization in key faith-based and civic collaborations. Candidates for the CSHO position should be mission-driven spiritual leaders with a deep commitment to the organization's values. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for a Master's or theological graduate degree. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in ministry, faith-based nonprofit leadership, or related fields, and a proven track record of cultivating relationships with diverse cultural and faith communities. Strong communication, public speaking, and relational leadership skills are essential. The role demands a high level of integrity, accountability, and the ability to work across executive, program, and development teams to ensure that spiritual health initiatives align with the organization's strategic goals.
