Customer Success Representative (Remote)

Customer Care Representative Fort Mill, SC – Candidate MUST reside within a 40-mile radius, as some onsite work will be required. Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour. Shifts (may vary based on business needs): Monday – Thursday: 9:45 AM – 8:15 PM EST Tuesday – Friday: 9:45 AM – 8:15 PM EST Qualifications 2 years of customer service experience Strong communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Must have an Ethernet cord (No Wi-Fi) Proficiency in web browsers and Photoshop is a plus Have a distraction‑free work environment Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner Resolve order issues, customer concerns, and product‑related questions Follow up with customers regarding order details, submitted photos, and personalized requests Place, track, and manage orders through the company's order management system Recommend improvements to customer experience, website usability, and merchandising based on customer feedback Assist with process improvement initiatives within the Customer Success team Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure customer satisfaction Benefits Good Weekly Pay Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Life + Vision) Optional 401(k) Plan Employee Discounts Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
