Marketing Executive Intellisearch HR Solutions Pte Ltd – Orchard This is a full-time Marketing Executive position based in the Orchard Central Region, reporting to the Marketing Manager at Intellisearch HR Solutions Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote the company's recruitment services and attract high-quality candidates. What you'll be doing Research target markets, conduct competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities Create and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and the company website Develop engaging content including blog posts, social media updates and marketing collateral Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future marketing initiatives Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support client acquisition Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and recruitment What we're looking for 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the recruitment/HR industry Strong writing and content creation skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for various platforms Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and channels such as social media, email marketing and SEO Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to measure and optimise marketing performance Proactive, creative and able to work independently to deliver marketing campaigns A team player who can collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders What we offer At Intellisearch HR Solutions, we are committed to creating a supportive and nurturing work environment for our employees.
