OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated * * CHEMO CERT REQUIRED* Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.
