Litigation Attorney

Litigation Attorney (Construction, Labor Law, Discrimination) About The Role We are looking for a Litigation Attorney, preferably with at least five years of experience, to join our expanding team. This position provides the opportunity to take ownership of complex matters from initial intake through the pre-trial phase, with meaningful client engagement and hands-on case management. The ideal candidate is results-driven, confident in litigation strategy, and experienced in handling discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. Litigation matters will focus on construction cases, labor and employment law, discrimination matters, and general commercial litigation matters.
