Senior Field Operations Associate
$31.05 per hourStryker
Senior Field Operations Associate supporting warehouse operations at a medical device company. Manages inventory, processes materials, coordinates logistics, and maintains facility compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Check inventory records and participate in cycle counts to verify product availability
- Inspect incoming and outgoing kits for compliance with specifications
- Clean and maintain supplies, equipment, and storage areas per safety regulations
- Manage inventory tracking and alert departments of low stock levels
- Coordinate with distribution, sales, and shipping personnel to track deliveries
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant warehouse or operations experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Warehouse and inventory control experience preferred
- Associate's degree preferred
Compensation: $31.05/hr plus $1.00/hr shift premium, bonus eligible
