Estimator and Pricing Analyst

Job Title Estimator and Pricing Analyst – MGS Germantown Job Description MGS is seeking an experienced Estimator and Pricing Analyst to join our Commercial Operations department in Germantown. The role evaluates customer RFQs, develops manufacturing solutions, and collaborates with sales and operations to secure financial viability of product offerings. Responsibilities Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers. Formalize quoting process and supporting documentation. Manage system pricing and price update process. Oversee tracking and reporting of quoting volume. Collaborate with business development to determine and execute strategies for winning new projects. Compare estimates to actual costs to assess quoting accuracy. Continuously increase knowledge of company products, services, and procedures. Support ad‑hoc projects and reporting. Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred. 0–5 years of experience in finance or accounting. Demonstrated knowledge of standard cost systems in a manufacturing environment. Experience in estimating a plus (likely meaning experience). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
