Accounts Payable Specialist

Role Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Brazill Brothers & Associates, located in North Brunswick, NJ. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all accounts payable transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include: verifying purchase orders, reconciling vendor statements, processing invoices, purchasing and performing other administrative/accounting tasks as needed. The Accounts Payable Specialist will also communicate directly with vendors to facilitate the resolution of any payment issues. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in accounts payable Experience in QuickBooks Online is strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
