Automation Maintenance Technician

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Over 3 Years of Hands-On Industrial Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Automation Skills: Familiarity with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs and Robotics

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Able to Interpret Mechanical Drawings and Electrical Schematics

WORK HOURS: 1st Shift (7:00 AM 3:00 PM) | 2nd Shift (3:00 PM 11:00 PM) | 3rd Shift (11:00 PM 7:00 AM) | Monday Friday

ELIGIBILITY: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial automation machinery and robotic cells.
Work with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs to identify faults and resolve equipment errors.
Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics for maintenance tasks.
Maintain and optimize pneumatic components and fluid power systems.
Handle electrical systems, motors, VFDs, and power distribution setups.
Perform welding for machinery modifications and repairs.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience with strong diagnostic skills.
Familiarity with automated systems and PLC environments.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
Reliable work history with a local residency near Brown Deer.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.
