Contracts Administrator / Project Support
Location: Fairbanks, AK
Pay: $60,000–$70,000 annually (DOE)
Schedule:  Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

TDL Staffing is seeking a highly organized Contracts Administrator to support project and administrative operations for a professional Fairbanks-based organization. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys keeping information organized, supporting team communication, and helping projects stay on track behind the scenes.

In this position, you’ll play a key role in managing project documentation, tracking communication, and supporting day-to-day administrative processes. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure records are accurate, accessible, and up to date, while also assisting with general office and project coordination tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and organize project documentation, logs, and communication records
• Support document tracking and ensure files are current and properly stored
• Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and meeting documentation
• Provide administrative support across teams, including time entry and basic accounting support
• Serve as a point of contact for incoming calls and general inquiries

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; business or related degree preferred
• 3+ years of administrative, office, or related experience
• Valid driver’s license
